If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, different product, or a refund to the original payment method providing item is in original condition & in original packaging.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • No returns or exchanges on personalised items - this does not affect your statutory rights

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email with your order number to request which products you would like to return
  2. Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided
  4. Refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days of receipt

We recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit

Additional Information:

  • Exchanges will incur further carriage charge
  • Return carriage will be covered by customer
  • Any damaged or lost items will be replaced at no extra charge
